Official Rules and Regulations for the Meet Eddie Pope Sweepstakes NO PURCHASE OR INTERNET ACCESS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The sweepstakes is deemed void where prohibited by law. Subject to provisions of applicable law, the sweepstakes is open to American residents currently residing in the United States. U.S. law will apply to the interpretation of these rules and regulations as well as any dispute in relation to the contest. 1. SWEEPSTAKES TERM: From 12:00 a.m. PST November 1, 2006 - August 31, 2007. By registering for the sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations. Participants may register for the Meet Eddie Pope Sweepstakes on-line at www.tekk.com/contest to win or by mailing a 3x5 postcard to: TEKK Athletic, Inc., 10900 NE Fourth Street, Suite 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004 Attn: Meet Eddie Pope Sweepstakes. All online and mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on August 31, 2007 to be considered. To enter the sweepstakes, participants will be required to provide the following: first and last name, age, gender, city, state, and email address. By submitting the aforementioned information, the participant acknowledges the validity of this information and grants permission for its collection by TEKK for the purpose of the sweepstakes. This collected information will never be sold, traded or transferred otherwise to companies or individuals. To those entrants who have indicated their interest, TEKK may contact individual users regarding TEKK online activities and/or promotional offers. Each participant represents that their own input is original and will not violate the rights of third parties or contain obscene, defamatory or libelous information or material. Entrants may indicate when entering online or by mail whether they wish to receive promotional materials. 2. Grand Prize: One (1) Prize Winner will: (i) receive a trip for two to New York City; (ii) meet, train and have lunch with Eddie Pope; (iii) receive two tickets to a professional soccer match featuring Eddie Pope; and (iv) receive a signed Eddie Pope National Team jersey. Trip will include roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations for two nights and three days. The Winner will be notified via email providing all rules and regulations have been observed. Second Prize: 20 winners will receive an autographed Eddie Pope Poster and an Eddie Pope limited edition T-shirt. Third Prize: 200 winners will receive an Eddie Pope limited edition T-shirt. Winners will be chosen by random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 3. Winners (or parent or legal guardian) may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Consent to Use/Prize Acceptance Form/Publicity and Advertising Consent and Release (except where prohibited by law) and such other documents reasonably required by TEKK in connection with TEKK use of Winner’s name and likeness. The Winner may be required to provide TEKK with proof that he or she is the authorized person with a winning entry. Minors must have their parent’s (or legal guardian’s) consent to accept a prize. By accepting a prize, each Winner grants permission to TEKK to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Entries become the property of TEKK and the names of those entrants who have indicated their interest will be retained on TEKK’ mailing list for future contacts. 4. Winners will be randomly selected from the list of all sweepstakes registrants. Drawing will occur at: TEKK Athletic, Inc., 10900 NE Fourth Street, Suite 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004. Winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days after the drawing date. TEKK, all coordinating agencies and their respective agency partners, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, designees and affiliated entities are not responsible for misdirected, lost, late or illegible entries, technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or malfunctions of any kind which may limit a participants ability to register. 5. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/mailing address. If more than one (1) such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. Multiple online entries by the same person using one or more email accounts will not be accepted. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All online entries must be submitted from a valid email account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. 6. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of TEKK , all coordinating agencies and their agency partners, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, designees and affiliated entities are not eligible to participate. 7. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemption permitted by Winners. TEKK reserves the right to substitute any prizes of like value in the event the described prize, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. 8. Winners under age 18 must have their parents' and/or legal guardians' consent to accept prizes. Winners, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release TEKK, the advertising agency and their respective agency partners, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, designees and affiliated entities from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize. TEKK expressly disclaims any responsibility for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of any of the prizes awarded. 9.
